OUR WINERY

We are a boutique winery in search of excellent and high-end wines. For our winemaking process, we have stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs of different sizes, which enables us to produce small consignments and then blend them so that they meet our quality and standard expectations.

WE TAKE CARE OF EVERY DETAIL

Cellars with humidity and temperature control, we have first and second-passage barriques. Every year we renew our barrels looking for what best adapts to the wine’s characteristics. We have barrels from different suppliers, but we mainly focus on French-oak barrels in order to achieve the elegance we aim at. Every year the mix of barrels to be used is thoroughly analyzed.

Our objective is to reach the maximum quality. Every year we aim at improving and searching for excellence in order to be able to make the best wine of Mendoza.
