ORIGIN
Wine made with grapes from Altamira.
Vineyard at 1,100 masl.
Mendoza – Argentina.

SOILS
The soils are poor in organic matter, stony, loamy, clayey, and drained.

WINEMAKING
Fermented with 5 % of the whole cluster and kept for 8 months in
concrete eggs without epoxy (coated with tartaric acid).

TASTING NOTES
Bright red. Intense aromas of smoky pepper, ground bell pepper with
fruity notes. On the palate it has a good, long, tense and fresh structure.
