ORIGIN
Wine made with grapes from Altamira.
Vineyard at 1,100 masl.
Mendoza – Argentina.

SOILS
The soils are poor in organic matter, stony, loamy, clayey, and drained.

FERMENTATION
Fermented with 5 % of the whole cluster and kept for 8 months in
concrete eggs without epoxy (coated with tartaric acid).

NOTAS DE CATA
Ruby red. Fruity aromas, mainly with notes of fresh fruit such as cherry
and some tobacco. On the palate it is silky, long and unctuous.
